Kelly Hansen is the President of San Francisco Medical Billing, a full service medical billing company. Ms. Hansen has over 6 years experience in medical billing and coding and 15 years of overall experience in the medical field. Prior to founding San Francisco Medical Billing, Ms. Hansen led a successful career as Medical Practice Manager. In this role, Ms. Hansen was responsible for overseeing all business operations of the practice including, establishing office protocols and systems, insurance contracting, medical billing and coding, accounting, staffing and HR, and overall strategic planning. Ms. Hansen also spearheaded the formation of a new medical corporation from the ground up. Ms. Hansen is a former recognized Medical Billing and Practice Management Instructor.

Mr. Eldin is the Vice President of Operations at San Francisco Medical Billing. Mr. Eldin holds a Master’s Degree (MA) from Harvard University focused on Project Management. While at Harvard, Mr. Eldin completed coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in preparation for his Master’s thesis, which addressed the topic of how the effective application information technology can lead to operating efficiency and competitive advantage for business enterprises. Mr. Eldin completed his Bachelors Degree (BA) at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). Mr. Eldin has applied his expertise in business process design and optimization to a wide range of fields as both an executive and management consultant. As Vice President of Operations at San Francisco Medical Billing, Mr. Eldin is responsible managing the overall business infrastructure of the company and overseeing the application of information technology to the process of claims management and maximization, as defined by Ms. Hansen. Mr. Eldin is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Eldin is a former Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego (USD).
